Scope

No online sales

This site is not an e-commerce site. It offers no ordering, basket or online payment function, and no payment details are collected through it. The products, quantities and specifications shown on the site are presented in order to illustrate our manufacturing capability and do not constitute an offer to sell.

A sales and manufacturing relationship arises only through a separate order confirmation or contract signed between the parties. These terms do not replace such a contract.

Quotation requests

A request submitted through the quotation, catalogue or contact forms is a request for information and does not create a binding contract for either party. We undertake to respond to your request, but we are not obliged to accept every enquiry or to issue a quotation.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, the prices, quantities and lead times we communicate are not binding and are limited to the validity period stated in the quotation itself. The final price is determined by the finalised technical file, material prices, quantity, packaging and shipping terms.

The minimum order quantities (MOQ) and size ranges shown on the site are typical values and may vary from project to project.

Accuracy of content

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site current and accurate. Nevertheless, product images, dimensions, material descriptions and capacity figures are provided for information purposes; the binding technical definition of a product to be manufactured is established solely by the approved sample and tech pack.

References to standards such as EN 71 or ASTM F963 are provided for general information; the tests applicable to a particular order are agreed order by order according to the target market. Nothing on this site is a substitute for legal, technical or regulatory compliance advice.

We reserve the right to change, update or withdraw the content of the site without prior notice.

Acceptable use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. The following are not permitted:

• Sending automated requests at a volume that disrupts the site, completing forms with automated tools, or attempting to circumvent security measures
• Copying, reproducing or republishing the content in bulk without permission
• Submitting through the forms any content that is misleading or unlawful, that infringes the rights of third parties or that contains malicious software
• Submitting a request on behalf of another person or organisation without authority to do so

Files you upload

The quotation form accepts files describing your project (PDF, JPG, PNG, AI or PSD; up to 25 MB per file and up to five files). By uploading a file you confirm that you hold the necessary rights in it and that you are authorised to share it with us.

The intellectual property in the files you upload remains yours; we use them solely to assess your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Further detail is set out on the Intellectual Property page.

Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide the site without interruption or error, but we do not warrant that it will always be available or free from faults. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or technical failure.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from decisions taken in reliance on information published on this site. This limitation does not cover liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Where the site links to third-party websites, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those websites.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising out of them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [Competent Courts and Execution Offices].
