The 50,000+ units a day figure is the capacity we reach on a standard-size product mix across two shifts. Large or multi-part models change the daily output, so every quotation carries a lead time specific to your project.
Four factors that determine your lead time
- Total order quantity and how many models run at the same time
- Product size, number of parts and sewing complexity
- Sourcing time for fabric, filling and accessory materials
- The tests and documents your target market requires

PRODUCTION LINE
One production standard across five stages

Sewing
We set up a dedicated line for each model and continue sewing only after first-piece approval.

Filling
We check filling weight and product form against the approved sample.

Finishing
We attach accessories and labels, then compare workmanship with the approved sample through in-line inspection.

Packing
We pass products through metal detection, pack them into cartons and prepare them for loading.
