Ten steps that take your project from brief to shipment

We run every project through the same ten steps, record each critical approval in writing and report progress to you regularly.

Lead time depends on order quantity and product construction, and is confirmed in writing with the quotation for each project.

    Brief and feasibility review

    You share your artwork, quantity, size, target market and delivery target; we assess with our design team whether the model can be produced as drawn.

    02Step

    Quotation and project plan

    We set out unit price, sample fee and payment schedule in a written quotation; your project lead time is confirmed in writing alongside it.

    03Step

    Technical design and material selection

    Our design team prepares the tech pack, pattern dimensions and the fabric and filling selection, and we match fabric colours to Pantone references.

    04Step

    Sample and revision

    Our sample workshop produces a physical sample and we share photos and video with you; two rounds of revision are included.

    05Step

    Pre-production sample (PPS)

    We build the final sample with production materials; once approved, the PPS becomes the manufacturing standard every piece off the line is checked against.

    06Step

    Material sourcing and incoming inspection

    We source fabric, fibre and accessories to the approved specification and inspect every incoming lot before it enters production.

    07Step

    Cutting and sewing

    We cut panels by CNC and assemble them on sewing lines set up for the model; the first piece off the line is checked against the PPS and approved.

    08Step

    Filling and finishing

    We fill, close and fit accessories, and in-line inspection tracks dimensions, stitching and appearance at each station.

    09Step

    Final inspection and testing

    Every unit passes 100% metal detection; we carry out final inspection to the AQL 2.5 plan and set aside laboratory samples for the target market.

    Packing and delivery

    We prepare labels, polybags, cartons and shipping documents, and share a loading report with you before dispatch.
