DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Six steps from brief to the start of production

Brief and feasibility review
You share your artwork, quantity, size, target market and delivery target; we assess with our design team whether the model can be produced as drawn.
- 02
Quotation and project plan
We set out unit price, sample fee and payment schedule in a written quotation; your project lead time is confirmed in writing alongside it.
- 03
Technical design and material selection
Our design team prepares the tech pack, pattern dimensions and the fabric and filling selection, and we match fabric colours to Pantone references.
- 04
Sample and revision
Our sample workshop produces a physical sample and we share photos and video with you; two rounds of revision are included.
- 05
Pre-production sample (PPS)
We build the final sample with production materials; once approved, the PPS becomes the manufacturing standard every piece off the line is checked against.
- 06
Material sourcing and incoming inspection
We source fabric, fibre and accessories to the approved specification and inspect every incoming lot before it enters production.

- We match the fabric to your Pantone reference and have your lot dyed to that colour
- Size
- We produce standard sizes of 20/30/45/60 cm in the ready collection and any size in the 10–120 cm range for custom production
- Logo embroidery
- We embroider your logo on the chest, the paw or an accessory
- Clothing & accessories
- We sew scarf, T-shirt, hat and bow garments to fit the character
- Labelling
- We apply woven labels, hangtags, care labels and barcodes to your brand guidelines
- Packaging
- We supply shelf-ready packaging from polybag to gift box, window box and PDQ display
- Eyes and facial details
- Embroidered or safety eyes, with printed or appliqué facial details
