CONTROL POINTS
Physical inspection at four stages of production
Incoming material inspection
We check fabric weight, colour, filling fibre and accessories and record each lot on arrival.
In-line inspection
We approve the first piece, verify stitching and filling levels, and take samples at set intervals along the line.
Final inspection
We draw samples to the sampling plan agreed for the scope of the order and inspect appearance, dimensions, labels and packaging.
Pre-shipment inspection
We carry out the final check before dispatch and prepare the carton and loading report together with the shipment.
