Once the product code and order conditions are confirmed, we share the final test plan and the report set in writing with the quotation.
CONTROL POINTS
Physical inspection at four stages of production
Incoming material inspection
We check fabric weight, colour, filling fibre and accessories and record each lot on arrival.
In-line inspection
We approve the first piece, verify stitching and filling levels, and take samples at set intervals along the line.
Final inspection
AQL 2.5 · sampling plan: we draw samples to this plan and inspect appearance, dimensions, labels and packaging.
Metal detection
Every unit passes 100% metal detection, and the carton and loading report is prepared with the shipment.
