Unless stated otherwise, the intellectual property rights in the texts, product photographs, illustrations, design elements, page layout and software code on this site belong to [Company Legal Name] and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation.

You may view the pages in your browser, print a reasonable number of copies for your own evaluation and share the address of the site. Any further reproduction, adaptation, republication, commercial use or data mining of the content requires our prior written permission.

Trade marks and logos

The "My Friend Toys" name and logo, together with the other distinctive signs used on the site, belong to our company. They may not be used in any way that causes confusion or implies a partnership, endorsement or distributorship between us that does not exist.

Any third-party trade marks, standards or certification marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Your designs remain yours

Through the quotation form you may send us character drawings, tech packs, pattern files, brand guidelines and similar materials. All intellectual property rights in those materials belong to you (or to the rights holder who licensed them to you) and remain with you. Sending files to us transfers no ownership right of any kind.

We use the materials you send only for the following limited, non-exclusive purposes:

• Assessing the manufacturability of your enquiry
• Preparing a quotation covering price, quantity and lead time
• Producing samples and, where you approve, mass production

We do not use your materials as a reference, or in a portfolio, catalogue, social media post or any other promotional channel, without your separate and express written permission. Nor do we use them for another customer's project.

The files you send are stored on our server in a separate directory linked to your request number and under altered file names; access is limited to authorised personnel. For the retention period and the method of destruction at the end of that period, please see the Privacy and Personal Data Notice (retention period: [Süre / Period]).

Confidentiality and NDA

We treat the project information you send us as confidential and do not share it with third parties, even where no non-disclosure agreement has been signed. If you tick the "I would like a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)" option on the quotation form, we will propose signing a mutual non-disclosure agreement before discussing the details of your project.

Third-party rights

By uploading a file you confirm that you hold the necessary rights in it, or that you have obtained the necessary permission from the rights holder. If we determine, or are notified, that a submitted design infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party, we reserve the right to halt the project and decline the enquiry.

Licensed characters

Manufacturing a licensed character requires the licensor's written approval and, where applicable, registration on the licensor's approved-factory list. For such projects we ask you to share the licence documentation at brief stage; the scope, territory and term of the licence form part of the production plan.

Reporting an infringement

If you believe that content on this site infringes your rights, please write to us. We ask that your notice include the address of the page concerned, information showing your ownership of the right and your contact details. We review such notices within a reasonable time and remove the content where the notice is well founded.
