Yes. We follow the licensor's brand guidelines and route sample approvals through the licensor's own approval process.

The MOQ for a custom model is 500 units; for models with a simple construction we review requests from 300 units on a project basis.

The ready-collection MOQ is 100 units per SKU; once you change the colour or fabric, the model moves to the 500-unit custom threshold.

The timing depends on the complexity of the model and on fabric and accessory availability; we confirm the sampling schedule for your project in writing with the quotation.

At sample stage we charge only the pattern and material cost, and we credit that amount against your production order.

Lead time follows order quantity, product construction and current line loading; we confirm your specific lead time in writing with the quotation.

We test to EN 71-1/2/3 for Europe and to ASTM F963 and CPSIA for the United States; testing is carried out by an accredited laboratory according to your target market.

Yes. We produce gift boxes, window boxes or PDQ displays from your artwork files and pack the product shelf-ready in them.

We quote EXW Istanbul and FOB Istanbul as standard, and offer DAP USA delivery to North American customers from our Bensenville, Illinois warehouse.
